His For All Time

” You are mine for all time.” 

Oh my sweet Jesus- my heart leapt when I read those words this morning. 

Our future really is secured in Christ. If we will stay in tune with His leading – even when it may seem to snatch away something we thought was a gift. 

He knows best. If we will truly trust him with everything, I mean everything- He will keep us safe & moving forward. 

I have had quite a few changes in the last few weeks – mostly changes in my health. I’ve had to adopt a new diet & it is taking away from me quite a few things that I really, really love. But I know it is for my best right now.

It is causing me to be more creative with my cooking and I’m finding new things that I like. Change is not always easy, & sometimes it hits us where it hurts – but I believe that it is a good thing. And there is much discovery along the way. 

Some of you may be going through greater changes – a marriage ending, a wayward child- I understand your pain. And I know Who will carry you through it all- even when there seems to be no end in sight. 

His plans for us Are. Still. Good.
