To brighten up your eyes in a sexy, subtle way – apply eyeliner & eyeshadow like normal, then dab a tiny bit of white shadow to just the inside top & bottom corners of your eyelid, where they meet. If it’s too stark, just slightly smear it to a lighter shade. You can also use any other shadow that is very light in color.
Or in lieu of shadow another great item for this is: NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil, in the color “Milk”. It’s perfect for the job & only costs about $4. It really make a difference!
